are in CHF per room and per day and  include our rich breakfast buffet.

From 13.00 pm to 21.00 pm, we serve various delicacies in ouer restaurants, let yourself be pampered by our culinary skills.

 

A la carte restaurant

We'd love to welcome you to our à la carte restaurant.

19.00 pm to 21.00 pm (December to April).

Reservation will accept the reception

Spa area

Swimming pools, sauna, mountain crystal grotto and laconium, as well as quiet areas with an open fire.
 

Fitness room

Free for our guests to use.
 

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is possible from 15.00 every day; check-out is possible until 11.00. For arrival and departure, our free shuttle service is available from 8.00 until 18.00.
 

Additional beds

Children aged 3-12 years: age x CHF 10.00 per day
Children aged (13 - 16 years): CHF 130.00 per day
Child's bed: CHF 20.00 per day with no meals included
 

Pets

Pets are welcome! Please inform us when you make your reservation if you wish to bring your four-legged friend with you (CHF 15.00 per day, without food). Animals are not admitted to the dining room or swimming pool area.
 

Methods of payment

We accept: cash, Maestro, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or a bank transfer (Raiffeisenbank Mischabel-Matterhorn, IBAN CH42 8080 8008 1878 4006 1). Prices in euro will be charged based on the current daily exchange rate.
 

Booking and cancellation

If your stay is cancelled at short notice or you depart prematurely, we will naturally try to allocate the room to another paying guest. If we are unable to do so, the following cancellation conditions shall apply:

• up to 4 weeks before arrival – no charge
• up to 2 weeks before arrival – we will charge 80% of the total amount
• after this period, we will charge 100% of the total amount

For your protection, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
