3 years till 14 years: age x CHF 10.- per day in halfboard (e.g. child 8 years, CHF 80.- per day in halfboar)
children over 14 years: CHF 160.- per day in halfboard
babycot: CHF 20.- per day without meals

Check in / Check out
Check in from 2.00 p.m., check out by 11.00 a.m.
For your arrival and departure, please feel free to use our free shuttle service between 8 am and 6 pm.

Reduction for bed and breakfast only
Cancellation possible till midday CHF 30.- per person. No reduction for all inclusive packages/weeks. 

Pets
Pets are also welcome in our hotel! When making your booking, please let us know if you'd like to bring your four-legged friend (CHF 15.- per day, without feed). Animals are however barred from entering the dining room and swimming pool area.

Payment options 
We accept: Cash, credit cards (VISA, Eurocard, American Express) or bank transfers (Raiffeisenbank Mischabel Matterhorn, 4365932/BC 80496). Euro prices will be calculated based on the day’s prevailing exchange rate. 

Bookings and cancellations 
In the event of cancellations at short notice and early departures we shall naturally attempt to secure a new booking for the room. Should we be unsuccessful in this, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the price of the cancelled stay. To avoid this situation, which is unpleasant for both parties, we recommend that a travel cancellation insurance policy is taken out.
